Leaving a vacant property unattended can leave a site at risk for illegal occupancy, theft, vandalism, utility failure, pest and rodent infestation, and fly-tipping. Our guardian services assist in the avoidance of these costly risks by relying on our guardians who have been conscientiously vetted to be Property Guardians to occupy and look after vacant properties. Client premises vary in size and sector, and can include anything from residential housing estates to local councils to vacant schools, shops and more.
